I recently swapped to A-1 after years of frustration with C&C. The technician was awesome !!! They came to my house, found the problem with my Heating damper that was stuck. He fixed it free of charge. Finally a company that is not just about the "bottom line". This was the third time that they have come out since I changed service, Competence, Quality, professionalism and most important, very fair to the customer.
